I believe everyone has something to teach me, whether through work or conversation. However, I try not to compare myself to others, as everyone is different. What I can do is strive to be 1% better each time compared to my past self.
I try to create some form of content after I learn something or complete a project. For example, I might create a video on my understanding of DDF after learning about it, or write a post on data zones while working on the One Data Product. Creating content helps me consolidate my learning and make sense of the information I acquire through my work.
I've noticed that when I feel good and work is fun, I can be very productive. So I try to do things that make my work fun, like adding emojis to my notes or thinking of the task I'm working on as a side quest in a game. If I complete the quest, I level up in certain skills.
I check my email three times per day. I archive the emails that don't require any action and only keep the ones that I need to address later. Below is the tutorial I followed 👇🏽
